Athens, Greece | May 1–8, 2027
Seven Nights | Limited to Seven Participants
For thousands of years, people journeyed to sacred places seeking answers.
They climbed mountains. Entered temples. Consulted oracles. Watched the heavens. Listened for the voices of the gods.
But what if the deeper journey was never about finding someone, or something, outside ourselves that held the answers?
What if the oracle has always been within us?
Ancient temples still rise above the city. Stones worn smooth by thousands of years of footsteps remain beneath your feet. Delphi rests in the mountains where people once traveled from across the ancient world seeking the wisdom of the Oracle. At Cape Sounion, the Temple of Poseidon stands above the Aegean Sea, looking toward a horizon that seems to go on forever.
But this retreat is not about going to Greece simply to see ancient places.
It is about what happens within us when we enter them.
For seven nights, a small group of no more than seven participants will live together in the heart of Athens, gathering each day for experiential consciousness work while also moving through some of Greece's most extraordinary ancient and sacred places.
There will be time for exploration.
Time for conversation.
Time for silence.
Time for the work we intentionally gather to do.
And time for absolutely nothing to be required of you.
This is an intentionally spacious retreat. Our days will include dedicated experiential work, sacred-site exploration, integration and generous personal time. This is not a conventional guided tour, and every hour will not be scheduled. Some of the most meaningful experiences happen in the spaces between.
Our time together will have a clear rhythm, with designated gathering times as well as space to wander, explore, rest, shop, dine, reflect or simply follow what calls to you.
Outside of our scheduled retreat experiences, your time—and mine—is your own.
Our mornings will generally begin with approximately three to four hours of dedicated experiential work.
I don't intend to arrive in Athens with seven days of predetermined teachings.
The people who gather will help determine what unfolds.
Our work may move through consciousness exploration, the Hall of Records® Method, Origin Language, energetic experience, remembrance, expanded awareness, conversation and integration. There may also be selected evening experiences when it feels appropriate to gather again.
There will be structure.
There will also be room for something we could not possibly schedule months in advance.
That balance is intentional.
Our accommodations place us within walking distance of some of the most extraordinary places in Athens.
During our week together, our planned experiences include:
The Acropolis & Parthenon
We will enter one of the world's most recognizable ancient sacred complexes, with time to experience the site rather than simply move through it.
Ancient Agora & Roman Agora
Places where the everyday, philosophical, spiritual and civic worlds of ancient Athens once met. We will have time to wander rather than race from one monument to another.
Delphi & Thermopylae
We will leave Athens for a professionally guided full-day journey to Delphi and Thermopylae.
For centuries, people journeyed to Delphi seeking guidance from the Oracle. Rather than approaching Delphi simply as an archaeological attraction, we will allow ourselves time to experience the land, the history and whatever the place awakens individually within us.
The Athens Riviera, Lake Vouliagmeni & Temple of Poseidon
Later in our journey, we will leave central Athens for the coastline, traveling along the Athens Riviera, visiting Lake Vouliagmeni and continuing toward Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Some places will be experienced together.
Others will be yours to discover.
Plaka, Monastiraki, ancient churches, cafés, markets, museums, ruins and countless streets worth wandering are within easy reach of our home in Athens.
You will have time to do exactly that.
This retreat has intentionally not been designed around the idea that more activities create a better experience.
One day will be left completely open.
Explore Athens.
Visit the Acropolis Museum.
Shop.
Find a café and stay there for hours.
Return somewhere that called to you.
Sleep.
Write.
Walk.
Do nothing at all.
The day belongs to you.
There will also be a day devoted primarily to our experiential work, giving us space to integrate what has already happened rather than immediately moving on to another destination.
The journey is not only what happens when we are consciously "doing the work."
Sometimes the journey happens while standing before an ancient temple.
Sometimes over dinner.
Sometimes while getting lost on a street you hadn't intended to walk down.
And sometimes it happens quietly, when nothing appears to be happening at all.
We will stay together at Athens Soho Lofts – Evaggelistrias 18, centrally located in Athens.
Our location places us approximately:
Monastiraki Square — 1,050 ft
Temple of Hephaestus — 1,700 ft
Erechtheion — 1,850 ft
Ancient Agora — 2,300 ft
Acropolis — 2,650 ft
This allows us to experience Athens largely on foot while giving participants tremendous freedom to explore independently during personal time.
Accommodations are shared.
Although the property can accommodate more people, participation in this retreat is intentionally limited to seven.
I want this to remain a small, intimate experience.
Your retreat investment includes:
Seven nights' shared accommodations in central Athens
Dedicated experiential gatherings with Patricia throughout the retreat
Opening and completion gatherings
Selected evening experiences
Professionally guided Delphi & Thermopylae day journey
Athens Riviera, Lake Vouliagmeni & Temple of Poseidon day experience
Acropolis & Parthenon admission with audio guide
Ancient Agora & Roman Agora admission with audio guide
Time for independent exploration and integration
And perhaps most importantly, the spaciousness to allow the experience to become something none of us could completely plan beforehand.
Airfare to and from Greece, meals, personal purchases, travel insurance and transportation undertaken during your personal exploration time are not included.
Participants are also responsible for transportation between Athens International Airport and our accommodations.
Athens Soho Lofts offers airport shuttle service for an additional fee, which participants may arrange at their own expense. Other airport transportation options are also available.
Complete arrival information and the accommodation address will be provided before the retreat.
Our retreat begins when we gather together in Athens.
Although we will be sharing accommodations, this does not mean that every hour of every day will be group time.
Our scheduled gatherings and experiences will be clearly communicated. Outside of those times, participants are free to explore, rest, dine, shop or spend time however they choose.
I will also have personal time during the retreat.
This boundary is intentional.
I want to be fully present for the experiences we share rather than partially available every waking hour.
When we gather, I want to truly be there.
Full Retreat Investment: $5,555.55. Because accommodations and several experiences must be secured in advance, your reservation will require a deposit ($1111.11) and payment agreement. Complete payment and cancellation terms will be provided after the Retreat Connection Call. Details to book that call are below.
The first two participants to secure their place and pay in full may attend for: $4,444.44
Once those two places have been claimed, the retreat investment will be $5,555.55.
Seven nights.
Seven participants at most.
Ancient Athens.
Delphi.
The Aegean.
Time together.
Time apart.
And enough space between all of it to discover what brought you there in the first place.
You are not coming to Athens to follow me around Greece.
You are coming to Athens to enter an experience.
And we will discover together what waits on the other side of that threshold.
You can visit Athens. You can walk through the Acropolis, stand among the ruins of Delphi, watch the Aegean from the Temple of Poseidon and read about everything that happened there thousands of years ago.
But traveling with me has never been simply about seeing a place.
For more than forty years, my work has centered around consciousness, energy, remembrance and the ways we experience what cannot always be explained through the ordinary senses. When I enter an ancient place, I am interested in its history—but I am equally interested in what happens within us while we are there.
I don't arrive with a predetermined interpretation of what a sacred site means or what you are supposed to experience. I don't want to tell you what to feel, see or believe.
Instead, I create opportunities to slow down, listen differently and notice what the place awakens in you.
Sometimes that may happen through a group experience before we enter a site. Sometimes something may arise while we are standing among ancient stones. Sometimes it happens later in conversation, through Origin Language, Hall of Records® work, spontaneous energetic experiences or simply in the quiet realization that something within you has shifted.
And sometimes we will just laugh, eat wonderful food, wander through Athens and enjoy being in Greece.
That matters too.
I believe the sacred and the ordinary were never meant to be separated.
This is why traveling with me is different. I am not taking you to Greece to give you my answers about these ancient places. I am inviting you to experience them deeply enough that you may hear your own.
Over the years, while traveling with groups and entering places that carry a strong energetic presence, I have noticed that something often begins to move within the people around me.
I have watched people experience unexpected shifts, realizations, changes in relationships, new directions in their work and lives, and a sense that something within them has been recalibrated or reconnected.
Is that because of me? Is it the frequency of the places themselves? Is it what happens when my field meets the field of an ancient site and a group of people enters that experience together?
I don't know.
And I don't think I need to know.
What I do know is that I have witnessed the pattern often enough to respect it.
There seems to be a symbiotic movement that occurs between the land, the ancient places, my own field and the fields of those traveling with me. I don't promise what that movement will look like, or that everyone will experience it in the same way. I simply make room for it.
Perhaps that is part of what makes these journeys different.
We aren't only visiting sacred places.
We are allowing ourselves to be encountered by them.

Day 8 — Departure
This short conversation is an opportunity for us to connect before you commit to the Athens experience. We’ll talk about what is calling you to this journey, what you hope to experience, and whether this intimate small-group retreat feels like the right fit for both of us.
There is no obligation to register. This is simply a space to meet, ask questions, and feel into whether traveling together through Athens, Delphi and the ancient sacred landscape is a mutual yes.
