All of the venues, entrance tickets and travel accommodations have to be paid in advance. Due to the nature of retreat planning, venue commitments, and advance preparations, the following refund policy applies to all registrations for the Avalon Codes Retreat.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit secures your space and covers upfront administrative and planning costs.
60 days or more prior to the retreat start date:
You may request a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit, minus a processing fee.
59 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date:
No refunds will be issued. At this stage, all funds are committed to venue, accommodations, and retreat logistics.
Registrations may not be transferred to another person or to a future retreat unless explicitly approved in writing by the organizer.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or non-attendance for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, or travel issues.
In the unlikely event that the Avalon Codes Retreat is canceled by the organizer, all payments made will be fully refunded, excluding any non-recoverable third-party fees. The organizer is not responsible for travel expenses incurred.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect attendance.
By registering for the Avalon Codes Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.
